Regarding Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax

Since January 2017, the Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax has been applied.
Due to a partial amendment of the Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the tax system will change starting from September 2025.
We kindly ask for your understanding that the accommodation tax will be charged according to the room rate.

＜Tax Exemption Thresholds and Tax Rates＞

The thresholds and rates subject to the tax will change as follows:

Accommodation Tax

Less than ¥5,000 ……………………… Not subject to tax
¥5,000 – less than ¥15,000 ………… ¥200
¥15,000 – less than ¥20,000 ………… ¥400
¥20,000 or more ……………………… ¥500

※The accommodation tax is charged per person per night.
※The tax will be collected at check-in.
