Regarding the receipt for reservations made from overseas websites

We would like to inform you about the Invoice system introduced in October 2023.
Prepayments made through overseas booking sites are not compatible with the Japanese domestic Invoice system (Qualified Invoice / Receipt).

【Receipt Issuance】
If you have made a reservation with a travel agency through prepayment,
the hotel cannot issue a receipt. In such cases, please contact the travel agency through which you made the reservation.
Receipts will only be issued at the hotel for on-site payments.

【Qualified Invoice / Receipt】
If you require a receipt compliant with the Japanese domestic Invoice system (Qualified Invoice / Receipt),
please choose either our hotel’s official website or on-site settlement.
